These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Wood Pack Designers website and services, operated by Wood Pack LLC, doing business as Wood Pack Designers ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Wood Pack Designers provides graphic design services including logo design, brand visual identity, social media post design, stationery, promotional, and packaging design ("Services"). Every Service is a one-time payment. We do not offer subscriptions, retainers, or recurring billing.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices may change for future orders, but the price shown when you placed your order is the price you pay.

Payment

Full payment is required upfront, before any design work begins. We do not offer installment plans. Optional priority turnaround is charged at the time of order.

Delivery timeline

All Services are delivered within 7 to 15 working days after we receive full payment and your completed project brief, unless a different timeline is agreed in writing.

Scope & revisions

• Each Service includes the concepts, deliverables, and revision rounds listed on our Services page.
• Requests beyond that scope are quoted separately before any extra work is done.
• Delays in feedback from you may extend the delivery timeline.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and any materials (logos, photos, text) that you have the right to use.

Ownership

Once payment is complete and final files are delivered, you own the final approved designs for use in your business. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day refund if you are not satisfied.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered designs, including trademark issues with names or concepts you provided.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
